Custom Body Modifications

DTP will alter any vehicle to the customer's precise specifications, such as extending hoods and/or chopping cabs and sleepers.  We will customize the design structure to solve existing vehicle problemsor enhance performance.  We also provide modifications for looks, such as custom truck visors, fenders, refinishing and pin striping.

Denver Truck Painting is a supplier for both Jones Performance after market hoods and WTI fenders, along with Midwest Sheet Metal sunvisors.

Some of the special jobs we do or have done are as follows:

• Built narrow nosed tilt and butterfly hoods for 359 and 379 Peterbilts
• Chopped top Peterbilts 379's (featured in Trucker Magazine in January 2001)
• Custom Painting done on request (graphics)
• Installed antique truck cabs on late model chassis
• Currently, working with TS Haulers on their 1957 Peterbilt (look for pictures coming to our website soon).
• Custom built sleepers of all sizes including "look alike" Mercury sleepers.
• Built from scratch Our half-size Peterbilt Truck.
• Replacing all sheet metal on 359 Peterbilt's including replacing short hoods with long hoods.
